The first is Caribbean, the second is Indian, and both exceed 1 million on the Scoville scale, which measures how many parts of water are needed to neutralize the effect of one part of pepper.

But it's not just about heat; there’s flavor too! They can be used as a spicy seasoning and paired with meats, salads, broths, and whatever else your imagination and tolerance allow!
