Jalapeño Pepper Sauce with Wasabi and Ginger - 60ml

Originating from Mexico, the jalapeño pepper is often consumed fresh, processed into liquid sauce, pickled, dehydrated, or powdered. Its heat level is lower than that of the habanero. But don’t be fooled; it’s still on the spicy side! It generally pairs well with stronger meats than beef, but it can also be used in unexpected ways. Our combination with wasabi and ginger allows it to harmonize deliciously with fish, Japanese cuisine, and salads as well!
