Derived from dry rub, Black Rub is an activated charcoal-based seasoning created to add more flavor, unique texture and exotic appearance to meat. It also preserves the juiciness of the cut by forming a crust around it that retains the juices of the piece, in addition to imparting an indescribable flavor! To use it effectively, simply cover the meat with the seasoning, rub it in and let it rest for about 30 minutes.



Ingredients: sea salt, garlic, onion, activated charcoal, demerara sugar, chili pepper, cayenne pepper, black pepper, cumin and mustard.
